Please Note:

• Occasionally, we provide the option for 'skip the queue artwork creation'. This choice accelerates the artwork creation process by prioritizing your pet photo for our artists. Please note, it does not affect the courier's shipping time.

• Should a new photo be needed for your order, please be aware that this will naturally extend the production time.

• We allow up to 2 days (48 hours) for customer artwork approval. Failure to respond within this time, we will auto-approve the artwork and print your order.

• All personalised orders will be shipped once we have your confirmation of the artwork, If we receive confirmation by 2pm BST Monday to Friday your order will be processed the same day!
