Received a faulty product? Firstly we are sorry to hear this, please contact customer support at care@pawtraitly.com and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
If you’re unhappy with your item, please return it within 21 days to receive a refund, not including the initial postage charge. This does not apply to custom-made (personalised) items. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
