Due to all of our products being custom-made and personalised, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we can make this right for you. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
How To Order
Step 1: Uploading your pet’s photo
Choose your print size, select your background colour and add your pet’s name.
Lastly, upload your chosen photo and head to checkout! It’s that easy!
Step 2: Approving your artwork
We will get to work! We aim to finish your design within 1-2 days and will email your proof over to you as soon as possible. This is your opportunity to request any changes to get this 100% perfect for you.
Once you’re completely happy, give us the go ahead to fire up our printers!
Step 3: Enjoy your new pawtrait
Get to work on hanging your new artwork on your walls, or wrap this up ready to surprise a loved one.

Yes - we ship anywhere! Please do bear in mind shipping times as we are based in the UK.
International shipping takes around 10-12 working days depending on your location. Please see our shipping information page for full breakdown.

We accept any refund for any reason within 3 hours of purchase if you’re having second thoughts. Once we start your design, however, we will not be able to offer a full refund as we have to cover our design time but we will work to get this perfect for you!
If anything is wrong with the product you’ve received - please reach out to us and we would be happy to rectify this for you!

Prints do not come framed unless explicitly ordered with a frame. For example “A4 print” will not be framed whereas “A4 with Frame” will be.
Canvases are wrapped around a wooden frame but do not come with a decorative frame. Please reach out for further elaboration on this.

If we haven’t started your design we would be happy to change the photo for you. However, if we have designed your original photo - we do charge a £10 fee to change the photo.
We are more than happy to make tweaks to the original design free of charge, however and will work to get this perfect for you.

Yes - we will always email over a proof of your design before printing to allow you the opportunity to make changes.

Each design is treated with love and care to make sure that you receive the best portrait possible, and this takes time. Unfortunately, for this reason, we are unable to offer a preview of your pet before ordering.

You find the style that you’d like and choose your size of print. You can the upload your chosen photo, and add in the personalisation that you would like. You can then checkout!
We will then get to work on your design. Once we have finished your design, we will email you with your proof copy for you to check over and make any tweaks to the design to get this perfect for you. Once you are totally happy with the design, we will print and dispatch this for you.
Please note: if we have sent you your design, and we haven’t heard anything back within 48 hours, we will assume you are happy with the design and dispatch this for you. If you need extra time - please let us know!

We can design any animal, not just cats and dogs. We have designed a whole range from chickens, hamsters, snakes, turtles - even a giraffe! We love all pets equally - you just need a good photo!

Our preferred photo is a clear photo of your pet sat down looking at the camera - but we know this can be challenging! The clearer the better but we can work with most.
Please find guidance here on our preferred photo:
• Good lighting
• No filters or effects on the photo
• Clear photo, not blurry
• Make sure your pet is not too far away so we can see all their features• The background is not important so don’t stress about what else is in the picture.
If you have ordered, and we feel the photo may not be the best - we will email you asking for a new photo and can work with you to find a better option.
